How do I cancel my booking and get a refund?

You can cancel a confirmed booking and get a full refund if the appointment is 24 hours or more away.

Steps

1. Open Bookings and consultations and press the booking you want to cancel (these pages are currently in Arabic).
2. Press «إلغاء الموعد» (Cancel the appointment). You will read that the full amount is refunded to the payment method within 5–10 working days.
3. Optionally write a reason for cancelling.
4. Press «تأكيد الإلغاء» (Confirm cancellation), or «تراجع» (Go back) to keep the booking.

The booking status changes to «ملغى ومسترد» (Cancelled and refunded), the office is notified and you receive an email.

What if it is less than 24 hours away?

The cancel button is not shown, and the page says you cannot cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment and should contact the office directly. If you have an emergency, agree it with the office; only the office can cancel at any time before the appointment.

If the office cancels my appointment

The office may cancel at any time; you are refunded in full and receive a cancellation notice.

When does the money arrive?

The refund goes back to the same payment method and usually shows within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. If you see «تعذّر رد المبلغ، تواصل مع الدعم» ("We couldn't refund the amount, contact support"), contact us with your booking number.
