Contacting and booking

Ways to contact a lawyer, and when each is available

Call, WhatsApp, in-platform messages, consultation requests and paid booking — and which suits you.

Last updated:

A profile can offer several ways to get in touch, and some appear only for some offices.

The options

  • Call now and WhatsApp: shown when the office has added its number; no account needed. You agree the consultation and fees with the office outside the platform.
  • Request a consultation (the form in the side column, and a Request button on mobile): you enter your name, mobile and a description of your situation and the request goes to the office. No account needed. Details
  • Message the office: an in-platform conversation kept in your account. It needs an account and appears only for activated offices whose plan includes messaging. Details
  • Book a consultation: a paid appointment at a time you choose. It appears for activated offices that enabled booking and set a price. Details

Which should I pick?

  • You want a quick answer and prefer to talk: call or WhatsApp.
  • You want your situation on record in writing without waiting for a call: consultation request or message.
  • You want a confirmed slot at a set time: paid booking.
