Terms & conditions
Last updated: October 2026. This is an English translation; if it differs from the Arabic version, the Arabic version prevails.
1. What the platform is
KSA Lawyers is an online directory and information platform. We are not a law firm and don't give legal advice. The lawyers listed are independent and responsible for their own services, and any contract is made directly between you and them.
2. Accounts
Your details must be accurate and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for everything done through your account.
3. Lawyer profiles and verification
- Some profiles are listed from public sources as “unclaimed”; their owners can claim them or ask for them to be edited or removed.
- The “Verified” badge means the lawyer submitted a Ministry of Justice licence and we checked that it appears to match. It isn't a guarantee of service quality.
- Lawyers are responsible for the accuracy of their details and for following the professional conduct rules of the Ministry of Justice and the Saudi Bar Association.
4. Reviews
Reviews reflect the opinions of their authors. We may remove any review that is abusive, misleading or not based on a real experience, and lawyers may reply to reviews.
5. Contract templates and content
Templates and articles are for general guidance only and may not suit your situation. You use them at your own risk; we recommend having a licensed lawyer review any document before you sign it.
6. Subscriptions and payments
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the period. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time.
- Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Fees for paid consultations are collected through the platform and passed to the lawyer after the platform commission, subject to the cancellation policy shown at booking.
7. Advertising
Advertisers must ensure their ads are lawful, appropriate and not misleading. We may refuse or stop any ad without giving reasons, refunding the remaining period.
8. Limitation of liability
We aren't liable for any loss arising from dealings with a lawyer listed in the directory or from using the templates and content.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
