Clause Three: Probationary Period The Second Party shall be subject to a probationary period of (........) — to be specified in writing in the contract and not exceeding the statutory limit. Clause Six: Leave The Second Party is entitled to annual leave and the other statutory leave, the timing of which shall be arranged by agreement without prejudice to his entitlement under the Labour Law. Clause Seven: Obligations of the Second Party

• To perform the work personally, with due care and in accordance with the employer's lawful instructions.
• To keep work secrets confidential and not disclose them during the relationship or after it ends.
• To take care of the tools and documents entrusted to him and return them when the relationship ends.

Clause Eight: Obligations of the First Party

• To pay the wage on time and provide a safe working environment.
• To register the employee with social insurance (GOSI) in accordance with the regulations, and to document this contract through the Qiwa platform.
• To enable the Second Party to take his statutory leave and exercise his statutory rights.

Clause Nine: Termination of Contract and End-of-Service Benefits The contract ends on expiry of its term or for any of the reasons set out in the Labour Law.
