Resigning is not simply walking away. It involves a notice period, either agreed or set by law, and affects your end-of-service benefit in ways that differ according to the type of contract, the length of service and the reason for termination. Do not leave your job on the strength of verbal approval: submit your resignation in writing, keep proof that it was received and when, and check that the end of the employment relationship is reflected on the Qiwa platform.
