How do I follow my requests to lawyers, and what do the statuses mean?
The "My requests to lawyers" section in your account and what each status means.
Last updated:
Open My account and look at My requests to lawyers («طلباتي للمحامين»). It lists your latest requests with the office name, date sent, a preview of your text and the status. The account pages are currently in Arabic; the Arabic status names are given in brackets.
What the statuses mean
- Received («تم الاستلام»): your request reached us and has not been routed yet.
- Being routed («قيد التوجيه»): we are looking for the best office for your case.
- Sent to the lawyer («تم إرساله للمحامي»): the request reached the lawyer or office.
- Accepted by the lawyer («قبله المحامي»): the office accepted it and will contact you.
- Lawyer unable («تعذّر على المحامي»): the office could not take it; we may route it to another office, and you can contact others.
- Closed («مغلق»): handling of the request has finished.
- Rejected («مرفوض»): we did not accept the request (for example if it was unsuitable or a duplicate).
