How do I attend my consultation (video, phone, in person)?
What to do at your appointment depending on the session type, and what to do if no link appears.

Open your appointment from Bookings and consultations (in My account), then press the booking. It shows the appointment in Riyadh time and the session type. These pages are currently in Arabic.
By session type
- Video call: a «دخول الجلسة» (Join the session) button appears once the office adds the meeting link. Press it at your appointment time.
- Phone call: the page says the lawyer will call the number you entered, so stay available on the number you gave when booking.
- In person at the office: the office address is shown on the booking page and in the confirmation email.
If the office provides WhatsApp, a «تواصل مع المكتب عبر واتساب» (Contact the office on WhatsApp) button appears so you can agree the details.
No video link, or the lawyer did not call
- Refresh the page a few minutes before the appointment; the office may add the link late.
- Check your confirmation email.
- Contact the office by WhatsApp or phone from its profile or from the WhatsApp button on the booking page.
- If you could not attend the session because of the office, contact us with your booking number.
