This summarises what is refunded automatically on the platform. The money goes back to the same payment method and may take 5–10 working days to show at your bank.

Paid consultations

• You cancel 24 hours or more before the appointment: full refund. How do I cancel?
• The office cancels the appointment (at any time): full refund.
• Another client booked the slot while you were paying, after the 30-minute hold lapsed: automatic full refund. Details
• Less than 24 hours before the appointment: the site does not let you cancel; agree it with the office directly.

Advertising

• An ad rejected after payment: full refund. Details

Generated contracts (contract generator)

The site has no automatic refund for a contract that was created and downloaded. If there is a technical problem (for example you paid and the contract did not appear), contact us.

Contract review

You pay nothing when you request it; payment comes after the lawyer confirms. Any terms after that you agree with the lawyer.
