Ad review, the acceptance policy and refunds
How we review the design, what gets rejected, and what happens if it is rejected after payment.
Last updated:
We review every design automatically before payment, and it may get a human review afterwards.
What happens at "Review and go to payment"
- The design is rejected before payment: a message says the design does not comply with the ad policy, with the reasons, and nothing is charged. Edit and try again.
- Clearly accepted: you pay and it starts automatically as soon as you pay (or on the start date you chose).
- Needs a human look: (for example a strong claim, an unclear image, or a link that does not match the advertiser.) You pay, the campaign shows "Under review", and we review it during working hours.
What we reject
Gambling and betting; alcohol and drugs; sexual or offensive content; religious, racial or political abuse; fraud, dubious loans and misleading crypto; weapons; impersonating a government body or its logo (such as the Ministry of Justice, Najiz or the Saudi Bar); and misleading legal promises such as "we guarantee winning your case" or "100% success". Law-firm ads are allowed as long as they do not guarantee outcomes or mislead.
If your ad is rejected after payment
You are refunded in full to your payment method, the campaign shows "Rejected" with the reason and "the full amount was refunded", and you receive an email with the reason. You can edit the design and create a new campaign. Refund policy
