Storage and generated-documents limits
Your plan's storage and monthly generated-documents limits, and why you can't upload or generate
Last updated:
Your plan sets how much you can store and how many documents you can generate from templates each month.
Current limits
| Plan | Storage | Generated documents per month |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 500 MB | 3 |
| Solo | 10 GB | Unlimited |
| Firm | 50 GB | Unlimited |
How they are counted
- Storage: the total size of every version of all your documents, including old versions and archived documents. Documents saved by the AI assistant count too.
- Generated documents: the number of new documents you generated from templates in the current calendar month, Riyadh time. Saving a new generation as a version of an existing document is not counted as a new document. Drafts from the AI assistant are not counted here; they use assistant points.
What happens at the limit
- A card reading "Your storage is full" replaces the upload box, or "No generated documents left this month" appears on the generate page.
- The refusal message starts "You've reached the Free plan limit: …" and asks you to upgrade.
- What you already created stays as it is, and you can still view and download it.
What to do
- Delete (owners and partners) old files you don't need to free space. Archiving alone does not free space because storage counts every version.
