You reached a plan limit: what the messages mean

Each "You've reached the plan limit…" message (matters, contacts, users, storage, documents, invoices, forms, trust, reports, ZATCA) and the fix.

Last updated:

When you try to add something beyond your plan's limit, the system refuses and shows a message such as: "You've reached the Free plan limit: 5 open matters. Upgrade from the subscription page to add more." (On paid plans: "You've reached the Solo plan limit: …" with "Change your plan".) What you created earlier stays as it is.

Pages also show a card such as "You've reached the open-matters limit" with an Upgrade plan button.

General steps

  2. If the fix is freeing space, do it; the meter updates immediately.
  3. Or click Upgrade plan (only the Owner can subscribe); see Upgrade.
