What the client sees in their portal

A tour of the portal pages from the client's side, what appears and when

Last updated:

The client signs in at /portal/ with their account. If they are a client of several firms they first choose the firm. They see only their own data at your firm.

Home page

  • A firm card with Call, WhatsApp, Email and Message the firm buttons.
  • Your next hearing in Hijri and Gregorian dates and Riyadh time, or "No upcoming hearings right now".
  • My cases, the latest documents, open invoices and the amount due, and the latest messages.

A matter

Its title, file number, court, status (in progress, on hold, concluded) and Najiz case number. The Case journey shows stages in plain language (preparing the case, before the court, appeal, Supreme Court, enforcing the judgment, settled, concluded) with the current stage highlighted, based on the stage you set on the matter. Its upcoming and past hearings with status and attendance mode, and the shared documents.

Documents, invoices and messages

  • Documents: only what you shared, downloaded through short-lived links.
  • Invoices: issued ones only, with their payments (details).
  • Messages: a private conversation with you that refreshes about every 30 seconds (details).

What you control

  • Documents: by sharing (how).
  • Stage and hearings: from the matter page and calendar, so keep them accurate because the client sees them.
  • Access overall: from the client's card or the portal settings.
