Who can use the AI assistant and who subscribes
The owner subscribes at 79 SAR per user per month, enabling users, and what the unavailable messages mean
Last updated:
The AI assistant is an add-on to Solo or Firm, managed under Settings then the AI assistant tab.
Subscribing
- The price is 79 SAR per user per month, or 790 SAR a year ("2 months free"), and includes 300 points a month per user (points).
- Seats = the number of users the assistant is switched on for. If you switch nobody on, you are enabled automatically when subscribing. Billing follows their number automatically (prorated). If paid seats differ from enabled users a Sync seats button appears.
- Requirements: the Solo or Firm plan (on Free you see "The AI assistant is an add-on to Solo and Firm") and the owner accepting the terms.
- Manage subscription opens the payment portal to update your card or cancel. If "The payment could not be collected" appears, update your card.
