The AI assistant shows Soon
Why you see a Soon badge instead of the assistant tools and what you can do now

You may see a Soon badge beside AI assistant in the menu, or a card saying "The AI assistant is coming soon: document and matter summaries, drafting, research in Saudi laws and hearing notes from dictation."
What it means
The service hasn't been opened for your firm yet. It is controlled by a platform-wide switch that the firm doesn't change, and it stays off until the assistant is launched. While it is off:
- The AI assistant page shows only the card, a matter page shows the same card instead of the tabs, and the assistant tools don't appear on a document page.
- Under Settings then AI assistant you can read the terms but not the subscription, users or credit options, with the message "The AI assistant is coming soon. You can read the terms below; we'll let you know when it opens." The terms can't be accepted yet.
- No points are charged.
What to do
- Nothing is required now; when it launches the tools work in the same places.
- You can read in advance what the assistant will offer and the terms.
- After launch the owner accepts the terms and you can use the free trial.
