How do client requests reach you?
Where clients send requests, where and how you receive them, and free vs paid plans.
Last updated:
Your public listing has a “Send your request” form that visitors fill in: name, mobile number, email (optional) and the request text (at least 10 characters).
What happens after sending?
If your listing is claimed and you have a paid plan:
- The request is recorded under your office immediately.
- You get an email titled “New client request” with the client's details and message; you can reply to it directly and your reply goes to the client's email if they entered one.
- The “Requests” counter on your listing card goes up and the request appears under Client requests in your dashboard.
If your listing is unclaimed or on the Free plan:
- The request doesn't reach you directly; it goes to our admin inbox to be routed. Our team may forward it to a suitable office based on practice area, city, plan, verification and rating.
- The visitor doesn't see this; they get a normal success message.
To receive requests directly see Plans. If you're subscribed and getting none, see I'm not getting requests.
