How do I view the firm's invoices and pay them?
Invoice statuses, paying by bank transfer and copying the IBAN, printing, and your payments.
Last updated:
Open Invoices in your portal to see the invoices the firm issued to you and your recorded payments.
Statuses
- Awaiting payment: an invoice that is due (it shows Overdue after the due date).
- Partly paid: a payment was recorded and a balance remains.
- Paid.
- Void.
A credit or debit note appears if the firm issued one. At the top you see Awaiting payment with the amount due, or "Nothing to pay right now. Thank you."
How do I pay?
There is no online payment inside the portal; you pay by bank transfer to the firm's account:
- Press View on the invoice.
- Under How to pay you find the bank, beneficiary name and IBAN; press Copy to copy it.
- Transfer the amount due and write the invoice number in the reference field (the reference text is shown so you can copy it).
- After transferring, message the firm from Messages so it records your payment.
If the account details are not shown, it says to contact the firm to find out how to pay.
Printing the invoice
Press Print / save PDF on the invoice page. Your recorded payments are under My payments with their date and method (bank transfer, cash, mada, card, cheque, SADAD…).
