I received a client portal invitation: how do I accept it?

A law firm invites you to the portal with an email message. The invitation is valid for 14 days.

Steps

1. Open the message and press the link. You will read: "[Firm name] invited you to follow your cases through the client portal".
2. If you are not signed in, press:
   • Create a new account if you have no account, or
   • Sign in if you do.
3. After signing up/in (and activating the email for a new account) you return automatically to the invitation page.
4. It shows "You are signed in as …". Press Accept the invitation and open the portal.
5. You go to your portal, and later find a Client portal button in My account.
