The client portal is a private place where you follow your case with the law firm that handles it. You cannot open a portal yourself; the firm invites you.
What will I find there?
- Your next hearing, in both Hijri and Gregorian dates and in Riyadh time, with the days remaining.
- Your cases and their stages in plain language. Details
- Documents the firm has shared with you. Details
- Invoices, how to pay, and your payments. Details
- Messages with the firm. Details
- The firm's details and Call, WhatsApp, Email and Message the firm buttons.
How do I get in?
- The firm emails you an invitation. Accepting the invitation
- After accepting, you find a Client portal button in My account, or open /en/portal/ directly.
- If you are a client of more than one firm, a Choose a firm screen appears, and you return to it with My firms.
Your privacy
Nobody else sees your data, and you only see what concerns you: your cases, the documents the firm shared with you, your invoices and your messages. The firm's internal notes are never shown to you. If the firm pauses your portal access, your data is hidden until it is restored.
