• To keep the unit quiet and the shared facilities clean, and not to cause anything that disturbs the other occupants or the neighbours.

Landlord’s entry: The First Party shall not enter the room without at least (....) hours’ prior notice, except in emergencies (fire, leak, imminent danger). Termination:

• Either party may terminate by written notice in accordance with the notice period above.
• The First Party may terminate immediately if payment is overdue by more than (....) days after a warning, or in the event of a serious breach of the house rules.
• The key shall be handed back and the room vacated in its original condition, allowing for normal wear and tear, and an inspection report shall be prepared.

Dispute resolution: Any dispute shall be settled amicably; otherwise it shall be brought before the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom, in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom and in particular the Civil Transactions Law.
