Client statements and receivables ageing

Produce a client statement for a period and see overdue amounts by age (0–30, 31–60, 61–90, over 90 days).

Last updated:

Client statement

  1. From Invoices & accounts open the Statements tab.
  2. Choose client, optionally set From and To, then Show statement.
  3. To print or save, press Print / PDF.

The statement lists issued invoices and debit notes (Debit) and credit notes and payments (Credit), with the Balance after each line. If you set From, it starts with an Opening balance line summarising everything before, and ends with the Closing balance (Owed by client or Client in credit). A voided invoice stays visible, offset by its credit note. Drafts do not appear.

Receivables ageing

The Ageing tab spreads unpaid amounts on issued invoices over four buckets: 0–30 days, 31–60 days, 61–90 days and Over 90 days, per client with the total and number of invoices; click a client to jump to their statement.
