Firm settings: name, logo, numbers and language

The Settings page (General tab) is for the Owner and Partners only.

Logo

1. In the Firm logo card click Add a firm logo (or Change logo).
2. Choose a PNG, JPG or WebP image up to 2MB.

Possible errors: "Accepted formats: PNG, JPG or WebP." or "The image is larger than 2MB." The logo appears next to the firm name at the top.

General details

1. Edit the Firm name (at least 3 characters, otherwise "The firm name is required.").
2. VAT number and Firm licence number.
3. Who can see matters? See matter visibility.
4. Workspace language: Arabic or English. It changes the interface language and page direction for all members.
5. Time zone: Riyadh first, then Gulf and other zones. Used to display dates and times in the firm.
6. Click Save. You see Saved ✓.

Linked directory listings

The Solo and Firm plans give the paid-listing perks (client leads, paid bookings, no ads) to the directory listing of each active member linked to the firm.

• The listing claimed under a member's account is linked automatically when the workspace is created, when they accept an invitation, or when the subscription starts.
• To change it: in the Linked directory listings card pick each member's listing (or No linked listing) and click Save. You see Linked listing updated.
• The list only shows listings claimed under that member's own account. If you see Has no claimed listing in the directory., the member must claim their listing first.
• During a live subscription the perks apply to the newly linked listing at once and are removed from the one you unlinked (unless it has its own subscription).
