Directory requests and bookings: how they become leads

When a request or consultation booking from the directory appears in your leads pipeline, and what you see there.

Last updated:

If your firm or one of its lawyers has a page in the ksa-lawyers.com directory, requests sent by visitors reach Leads in Practice automatically, so you never need to copy them.

What becomes a lead?

  • Directory request: every request a visitor sends to a lawyer who is linked to your firm (source Directory request).
  • Consultation booking: when a booking is confirmed, a lead appears in the Consultation stage, and the booking time is its Next action (source Booking).

What do I see in the lead?

The visitor's message in the Summary, their name, mobile and email, the specialty if they picked one, and a View source link (for a directory request, a link to the lawyer dashboard; for a booking, the booking page).

What next?

  1. Assign the lead to the right lawyer and set the Next action.
  2. Reach out with Call or WhatsApp and log what happened in the notes.

Why is a request I received in the directory missing?

  • The lawyer's directory profile is not linked to your firm in Practice. If you cannot sort it out, contact support from the help center.
  • The booking was not confirmed yet.
