Create your firm's workspace

A workspace is your firm inside Practice. It is free and includes 5 open matters, 25 contacts and 3 invoices a month, with no payment card needed.

Steps

1. Sign in and open Practice from the lawyer dashboard, or go to the Practice home at /app/.
2. If you have no firm yet, the card Create your firm's workspace appears. If you already have a firm and want another, click Create a new firm.
3. Enter the Firm name (at least 3 characters).
4. Choose the City (required).
5. VAT number and Firm licence number are optional for now; add them later in Firm settings. You will need the VAT number when you issue invoices.
6. Click Create workspace. You land on the firm's home page.

What happens next

• You become the Owner with every permission.
• The workspace language is set at creation and can be changed in settings. The default time zone is Riyadh.
• Matters are visible to everyone by default; choose who can see matters when you are ready.
• You start on the Free plan and upgrade whenever you need to.
