Accepting an invitation to join a firm

When a firm's Owner or a Partner invites you, you receive an email titled "Invitation to join [firm] on Practice" with an Accept invitation button.

Steps

1. Open the email and click Accept invitation. If you are not signed in you are sent to sign in or register and then back to the invitation.
2. Use the same email address the invitation was sent to. The invitation is tied to it.
3. The You're invited page shows the firm and your role; click Join the firm.
4. You land in the firm's workspace, and whoever invited you gets a notification.

After signing in you can also see pending invitations at /app/ under Invitations waiting for you with a View invitation button.

Validity

An invitation is valid for 14 days. If it has expired, ask the firm to Resend it; see Invitation problems.
