The contact page gathers everything about a client in one place: Details, Activity, Tasks, Linked leads, Conflict checks, Data-processing consent, and for companies People at this entity.

Log an activity

  1. Open the contact from Clients.
  2. In Activity, choose the kind: Note, Call, WhatsApp, Email, Meeting or Task.
  3. Write the summary and press Save.

Everything appears in a timeline with who logged it. The system also adds System entries itself (contact added, edited, archived, consent recorded…).

Create a task for the contact

Choose the kind Task, enter a Task title, a Due date and Assign to (me or a colleague). The colleague gets a notification and an email. The task shows under Tasks on the page; press Done when finished, or Reopen. See Tasks.

The Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) requires recording the client's consent to processing their data, usually in the engagement letter or the intake form.

  1. Under Data-processing consent, pick the Consent date.
  2. Write How consent was given / note (for example, signed engagement letter).
  3. Press Record consent. To withdraw it later press Withdraw consent.

The status reads Consent recorded or No consent recorded. Contacts created through an intake form get consent recorded automatically.
