Legal research and asking about a matter
Search official Saudi sources only with cited sources, and questions answered from one matter's file
Last updated:
Legal research (≈ 25 points)
- Open the AI assistant from the side menu.
- In Legal research type your question, such as "What is the objection period against a first-instance judgment in labour cases?".
- Press Search.
It searches official sites only (the Bureau of Experts, Ministry of Justice, Supreme Judicial Council, Board of Grievances, Umm Al-Qura, and regulators such as the Ministry of Human Resources, Ministry of Commerce, ZATCA, the central bank and the Capital Market Authority), and cites the source of each fact with numbers that point to Sources. Any link outside this list is dropped. Your clients' data is not sent in a search.
Ask about the matter (≈ 2 points)
- From a matter page choose the Ask tab, or on the assistant page pick the matter under Ask about a matter.
- Type your question ("What did the circuit decide at the last hearing?") and press Ask.
It answers from this matter's file only and names the source of each fact. Follow-up questions about the same matter are usually cheaper.
Cautions
- An answer may be incomplete if it is long; "The answer or document is long and may be incomplete" appears.
- Legal texts it mentions need checking against the official source; responsibility is the lawyer's.
- In research the assistant does not know your matters' facts.
