How much the commission is, when a session's value is due and how it is paid to you.

The commission
The platform deducts 15% of each paid consultation's price and transfers the rest to you. Example: a 300 SAR session → 45 SAR commission → 255 SAR payout. The amount after deduction appears in your bookings list and each booking's details as “Your payout”.
When is it due?
The payout is due after the session ends (not for a cancelled or refunded booking). The client pays the full session price when booking, to the platform's account via Stripe.
How do you receive it?
The transfer is made manually by bank transfer by the platform team: the team gathers your completed, unpaid sessions, transfers their total and records the transfer reference. There is currently no page in your dashboard to enter your bank account or track the transfer status; contact us to give us your account details or to ask about a transfer that hasn't arrived, mentioning the session date and booking number.
