Following your bookings and their details
The bookings page, what each status means, what you see in booking details and email alerts.

Open Bookings from the dashboard. The page shows your bookings as a lawyer and also any bookings you made as a client.
Lists
- Upcoming: confirmed bookings that haven't ended yet.
- Past and cancelled: everything else.
Bookings whose payment wasn't completed or whose hold expired are not shown.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Confirmed | Paid and the appointment stands. |
| Completed | The session end time has passed. |
| Cancelled | Cancelled with no payment taken. |
| Cancelled and refunded | Cancelled and the client was refunded. |
| No-show | A recorded status for a client who didn't attend. |
What you see in booking details
Press any booking: the time (Riyadh time) and session type, the client's name and mobile number, the consultation topic they wrote, your payout after commission, and the cancellation reason if any.
Notifications
When a booking is confirmed you get a “You have a new booking” email with the time, type, client's mobile, topic and your payout, and another email on cancellation.
