It is handed over furnished/unfurnished according to the attached inventory of contents, if any. Purpose of the lease: The property shall be used for ____________ (temporary family accommodation / private family occasions), and may not be used for any commercial activity, sublet, or operated as a nightly hospitality unit except with the Landlord’s written consent and after obtaining the necessary licences. • To hand over the rest house and its facilities fit for use on the agreed date.
• To repair structural defects, main installations, air-conditioning units and pool pumps, unless caused by misuse.

Tenant’s obligations:

• To take care of the property and its contents and use it in the ordinary manner.
• The number of occupants of the property shall not exceed (....) persons.
• To respect the neighbours’ comfort, comply with municipal regulations and not set up anything that breaches them.
• To report any fault within (....) days, and on expiry to return the property in its original condition, allowing for normal wear and tear.

Dispute resolution: Disputes shall be settled amicably, failing which they shall go before the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom, in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom, in particular the Civil Transactions Law. Booking terms:
