An experience certificate is the worker's right, not a favour. When the employment relationship ends, the worker is entitled to a certificate stating the period of service, occupation and wage, and it must not contain anything that harms the worker's reputation or reduces their job opportunities. If the certificate includes the reason for termination or a negative evaluation, this can be objected to. Request it in writing when the relationship ends.
