Who can review you, how the rating is calculated, and what to do about an unacceptable review.

Any signed-in visitor can review your office from the review page.
How is the rating calculated?
The visitor rates four criteria from 1 to 5: service, expertise, cost and recommendation, and writes their experience (at least 20 characters). The average of the four is that review's rating; the average of all your reviews and their count appear on your listing and your dashboard card.
Important rules
- Reviews are published as soon as they're submitted, and each account can review an office once.
- There is currently no place to reply to a review from your dashboard.
- You can't edit or delete reviews yourself.
An abusive or fake review
Contact us with your listing link, the review text and why you object. Our team reviews your request and takes the appropriate action.
