Reports: what they show and who sees them

Firm reports (matters, hearings, overdue items, leads and new clients) for the owner and partners on paid plans.

Last updated:

The Reports page is a quick view of the firm's workload. Reach it from the Tasks page with the Reports button; its figures come from the firm's current data (the time of the last update is shown).

Who sees it and on which plan

  • The owner and partners only; the accountant, lawyers and paralegals do not see it. The reason is that owners and partners see every matter, so the figures are complete.
  • On Solo and Firm. On the Free plan a card says Reports are on paid plans. See Compare plans.

What is in it

  • Open matters per lawyer, Open matters by court type and by stage.
  • Hearings: This week, Next 7 days and a chart of the next seven days.
  • Overdue per member: Overdue tasks and Overdue deadlines.
  • Leads for the last 30 and 90 days: the total, Conversion to engaged and the breakdown by stage and by source.
  • New clients per month for the last 12 months.
