Claim request with your licence number

If instant claim doesn't apply you'll see the form “Claim listing: office name”.

Steps

1. Enter your licence number (e.g. 12/3456). This field is required.
2. Attach a photo of the licence (PDF or image, up to 10 MB). Attaching it now is optional but speeds up review and earns the “Verified” badge; you can add it later from your dashboard.
3. Add notes if you like, such as “I'm the owner” or “I'm a partner at the office”.
4. Press Send claim request.

What happens next?

• The listing becomes “pending verification”, you see “Your request is under review”, and your dashboard shows a “claim request under review” card.
• We review the licence against Ministry of Justice records within one business day and email you the decision.
• On approval the listing is linked to your account and shows the “Verified” badge.
