I can't download the template: fixes

Try these in order.

The button sends me to the sign-up page

That is expected if you are not signed in. Sign up (or sign in if you have an account) and you return to the same template. Check that you signed in with the right account. Signing in

I see "Please check your details"

• Make sure the password is at least 8 characters.
• When signing up for a template download the mobile must be Saudi, in the form 05xxxxxxxx or +966 5xxxxxxxx.
• The name needs two or more characters and the email must be valid.

A "Premium" template

Some templates say "Premium template — available to subscribers". If you have no subscription the site sends you to the pricing page. Regular templates are free.

I pressed it and nothing happened

• Check your Downloads folder; the file may be named after the page or template.docx.
• Temporarily turn off your pop-up blocker, or try another browser.
• The file is an Arabic, right-to-left Word document; open it with Word, Google Docs or Pages.
