Signing in, and what to do if you forgot your password

You can sign in two ways from the sign-in page.

Sign in with a password

1. Enter your email and password.
2. Press Sign in.

If you see "Incorrect email or password", check both, including keyboard language and letter case.

Sign in with an emailed link (if you forgot your password)

1. Type your email address in the Email field.
2. Press Email me a sign-in link (no password).
3. You will see "We've emailed you a sign-in link". Open the message and press the link; you are signed in straight away.

Choose a new password

Type your email and press Forgot your password? below the buttons. You get a link, valid for one hour, that signs you in and opens the password section of account settings so you can choose a new one. Details in Change your email or password.

Where do I land after signing in?

You go to My account as a client, or to the lawyer dashboard if yours is a lawyer account. If you came from a specific page (a booking, a review, a template download) you return to it right after signing in.
