Change your email or password

In Account settings you edit your name, mobile and city, and below them you'll find the «كلمة المرور» (Password) and «البريد الإلكتروني» (Email) sections.

Change your password

1. Open Account settings and scroll to the Password section.
2. Enter the new password, then type it again (at least 8 characters).
3. Press «حفظ كلمة المرور» (Save password). A confirmation that the password was changed appears.

Forgot your password

1. On the sign-in page enter your email.
2. Press Forgot your password?. A "reset password" email arrives within a few minutes.
3. Open the link in it (valid for one hour) on the same device and browser. It signs you in and opens the Password section of account settings; choose a new password and save it.

Check your spam folder if the email is slow. You can always sign in with Email me a sign-in link (no password) instead; see Signing in.

Change your email address

1. In the Email section of account settings, enter the new address and press «تغيير البريد» (Change email).
2. We send one confirmation link to your current address and one to the new address. Open both.
3. Once both are confirmed, you sign in with the new address. Until then your current email stays in place.

If you see that the email is already used by another account, the new address has its own account; write to us if you need the two merged.
