How do I download a contract template as Word for free?

All templates are free for account holders and download as editable Word (.docx) files.

Steps

1. Open Contract templates, choose a category and then the template, or search for the contract you want.
2. In the side column find Download the template (the section is shown in Arabic as «حمّل النموذج»). Press Sign up free to download the Word file if you are not signed in.
3. On the sign-up page enter your name, a Saudi mobile number (required here), email and password, and you return to the template after activation. Sign-up details
4. Once signed in the button becomes Download Word (.docx, Arabic). Press it and the file downloads.

The file has a line at the end stating the source and that the template is guidance only and no substitute for a lawyer.

Without downloading: a print copy

Press the print-copy button («نسخة للطباعة (PDF)») to open a print-ready version, then choose Print or "Save as PDF" in your browser.

Where do I find what I downloaded?

In My account under «النماذج التي حمّلتها» (Templates you downloaded).
