Phone, WhatsApp, email and your website link

How to add contact details, how they display, and whether your website link counts for SEO.

Last updated:

Clients use these details to reach you directly. You'll find them under Contact and location in the listing editor.

Fields

  • Phone and WhatsApp: type the number as you like (e.g. 05xxxxxxxx). It is converted to the international +966 format automatically.
  • Office public email: shown on the listing, and also used for instant claim (see Instant claim). It is separate from your sign-in email.
  • Website: a full link starting with https://.

All are optional, but having a phone or WhatsApp counts toward the checklist.

How visitors see them

  • A Call now button if you added a phone, and a WhatsApp button if you added WhatsApp.
  • Your website and social links appear in the contact card.

On the Free plan your website links carry a nofollow attribute, so they pass no link value to your site in search engines. On paid plans the links are shown without it. See Paid plan benefits.

Error messages

  • “Check the data: website”: the link is incomplete; add https:// at the start.
  • “Check the data: email”: the email format is invalid.
