From “Answer this question” to your published answer
Create your account, link or create your office listing, then come back to the same question to write your answer.

Every legal question page has an “Are you a lawyer? Answer this question and build your presence” card: at the top of the sidebar, under the answers, and as a bar fixed to the bottom of the screen on phones when no lawyer has answered yet. The button takes you through three steps and brings you back to the same question with the answer form open.
Step 1: Create your account
- Press Answer this question. The “Answer the question and build your presence” page opens, showing the question you're answering.
- Enter your or your office's name, mobile, email and password, then Create account.
- If you're asked to confirm your email, open the message and press the link; it takes you to the next step.
Already have an account? Press Sign in on the same page and you'll continue where you left off.
Step 2: Link your office listing
The Link your office listing to answer page opens with a directory search for your name:
- You found your office: press This is my office. If your email is linked to the office, a Claim my listing now button claims it instantly. Instant claim Otherwise enter your licence number and send the claim. Claim by licence
- Your office isn't listed: fill in My office isn't listed — create a listing: name, city, main practice area, licence number, mobile, and the licence image if you have it. The listing is saved and goes live after the licence is checked.
Step 3: Write your answer
You come straight back to the question with the Answer this question form open:
- A listing you own (verified or not): your answer is published right after the automatic check. If the listing isn't verified, your answer shows “Not verified yet”, and under the form Verify your licence now lets you upload it without leaving the page. Verification
- Claim or new listing still under review: write your answer and press Save my answer. You'll see that your answer is saved and will publish automatically once the listing claim is approved. On approval it's published and you get an email with a Back to the question button. If the claim isn't approved, the saved answer is deleted.
